I am looking for law review articles on/about World War I (1914-1918), like
on the TRADING WITH THE ENEMY ACT OF 1917. Also from 1919-1930.
The following lead from Lexis-Nexis has no articles.

I looked at Current Law Index and Index to Legal Periodicals but they don't
go that far back.
