I'm looking for the year 1999 and 2000 editions of the following book:

Construction Contracting for Public Entities in Utah

The publisher of this book is Lorman Education Services. I believe that these books are the companion volumes for seminars given in 1999 and 2000. Specifically, I'm trying to get copies of the following chapters from the 1999 and 2000 editions:

"Overview -- Conceptual to Commissioning" (this chapter appeared in the 1999 edition)

"Managing Construction Scheduling: Minimize and Avoid Claims" (this chapter appeared in the 2000 edition)

Both of these chapters were written by John Lipzinski. If you have these items and can help me out, I would be very grateful.
