I am trying to find a copy of an EEOC document entitled:"Policy
Statement on the Issue of Conviction Records Under Title VII of the
Civil Rights Act of 1964" (EEOC Notice no. N-915). It is also known as
"the Februrary 4, 1987 statement". I tried various online sources
without success. If you know where to find it, please reply off list. Or
if you have a copy you can fax to me, I will reimburse you. Thank you.
