Brining up an old topic I know, but I'm looking for a few good articles to pass on to the powers that be at my firm about billing for librarian time. Ideally these might include information on rates. Thanks in advance. Also, if anyone is aware of literature outside of our professional circles (i.e. publications other than AALL & SLA publications) that discuss this from a firm management point of view, I'd especially like to see those.
