I am looking for an elusive book PRC Joint Ventures: drafting &
negotiating contracts by John T. Kuzmik and Donald J. Lewis (1997).
Ideally, I would like to purchase a copy, and it looks like I can
through Amazon, but it takes 1-2 months to get and my attorney wants it
NOW. Does anyone have a copy they would be willing to lend (or sell)?
