Many thanks to all who searched high and low, especially to Scott Burgh from
City of Chicago Dept of Law Library, who discovered that the judge
(Kohlsaat) was in the federal ND-IL (1899 -1905) then the 7th CTA, not the
Illinois (state) circuit courts. Apparently this was an injunction without a
written opinion. The archived record of this is near impossible to locate
without a docket number.

Good Afternoon, All--

Looking for an 1899 opinion dealing with Kipling's poem, "The White Man's
Burden". Not sure if state or federal..

Not on Wexis, nor was it mentioned in their law reviews, etc.

 Any suggestions appreciated!!

 TIA--
