The American Bar Association will be changing office locations in mid-May
and has over 2500 linear feet of heavy duty library shelving to donate on a
first come, first served basis.
Available shelving includes 8' single- and double-faced steel canopy style
units framed in oak. Shelf width is 34" (per section) with a depth of 9" t0
18" depending upon configurations. Units are available in 2,3,4,7 and 8
section (single and double) configurations (each with 7 shelves measuring 21
linear feet per section). See list of available units below.
All units are in "like new" condition.
Libraries wishing to obtain one or more units should contact me **by e-mail
only** so that I can respond to all inquiries in appropriate sequence.
Important: Units must be physically removed from the ABA library between May
1 and May 13, 2004 at the expense of the library or libraries claiming them.
ABA Facilities Management cannot provide labor or assistance in the removal
(or storage beyond May 13) of these heavy duty units.
The following configurations are available:
Single face, 2 section unit (2 available)
Single face, 4 section unit, 18" depth (1 available)
Single face, 7 section unit (1 available) (Length 21')
Double face, 3 (6) section units (9 available)**
Double face, 4 (8) section units (7 available)
Double face, 8 (16) section unit (2 available) (Length 24')
** 8 of the 3-section units are oak-framed on one side only.
