I am seeking copies of the NAIC Statement of Statutory Accounting
Principles (SSAPs) No. 21 and No. 26. They may appear in a bound volume
#1 from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners "Accounting
Practices & Procedures Manual", however, I am not certain of it. SSAP
No. 21 is on GIC (Guaranteed Investment Contract) and SSAP No. 26 is on
Bonds.
If you have these and would be kind enough to fax them to me, it would
be greatly appreciated. I was told that they are not very long. We
have not been able to locate them elsewhere, and the NAIC was not
helpful. Thank you.
