Subject: Stephen Schlesinger, Inc., v. Disney
Hello -- Does anyone have a copy of this recent decision in
Los Angeles Superior Court? I believe it is captioned "Stephen
Schlesinger, Inc., v. Disney" (or something like that). A decision was
rendered by Judge Charles McCoy earlier this week concerning the Winnie
the Pooh character. We don't have an account with the court, and none of
the services have online docket or document access; to get this doc
requires a human being going to court. If you can fax or email to me,
we will, of course, cover your costs.
Many thanks.
