2 questions....

Question No. 1: Does anyone know if Canadian court dockets are available
online anywhere? I thought I saw a posting regarding this awhile back but was
unable to find anything in the archives.

Question No. 2: I'm trying to locate a petition (or a petition abstract) from
the US Tax Court. No luck on Lexis, Courtlink, or Westlaw. CCH only has
abstacts of noteworthy petitions and the US Tax Court website has dockets but
the petition itself isn't available. Before we order it from the court, I
thought I'd check to see if someone knows of another resource that would have
these.

Thanks.
