Looks like this title is out of print. We did some
detective work and discovered that in May of 2000
Harcourt Brace Professional, which published this
book, was sold to Wolters Kluwer and the company's
products were merged under Kluwer's Aspen Publishers
imprint. But we visited Aspen's web site and searched
under the ISBN for the supplement (0156071983), the
title, and the principal author, George Spellmire, and
got no results.
We did find what appears to be a site selling the
supplement here:

But it's unclear whether they've actually got it in
stock. Maybe query them to find out.

One of my attorneys has asked for the above book by
Spellmire, Baliga, and Winiarski. I found the 1998
hardback edition on BarnesandNoble.com but I can't
find any copies of the 2000 supplement available. I
tried and failed to contact the publisher (Harcourt
Brace Professional Publishing). Do any of you have
this publication and are planning on parting with it?
If so, we would be happy to purchase it from you.
