Law-Libbers:

I ran across an opinion with a publication date of March 23, 2004. I thought it was a typo and investigated further. It turns out that the court issuing the opinion (Connecticut) provides advance releases of their opinions:

So now I'm curious. Are there any other courts that do this? I figure this is an anomaly but wanted to doublecheck. Reply off list and I will summarize if it turns out that there are other courts with a similar practice.
