Greetings,
Several years ago, prior to Aspen's acquisition of LoisLaw, our Library
set up a courtesy account with LoisLaw for our school. This involved an
authorization code for our institution which we could give to students
and faculty in order to create a personal user ID and password. Our
institutional authorization code no longer seems to function. In fact,
when I called LoisLaw to inquire about it, they had no record of our
account. They did have records for the personal user names and
passwords that have been created here, but they also told me those
accounts expired this past month - February 2004. I've spoken with
three different departments and have a call into a fourth to find out
what the status is of the Law School Program.
I was wondering if any other academic institutions have had their
accounts cancelled recently. If you could reply off list I'd appreciate
it if you could share the information with me. If there is interest I
will post a follow up.
Thank you.
