Everyone,
I received the 2004 edition of Resales of Restricted Securities. Hicks,
J William. Thomson West, as part of the Securities Law Series set. This
paperbound "pamphlet" costs $342. I have the 2003 edition. I am seeking
opinions about whether the 2004 edition is worth keeping. Has anyone
evaluated it, compared it to the 2003 edition, or looked to see whether
it is duplicated in the Securities Law Series set? An attorney here told
me that she thinks it is also contained in the set. I have looked in the
set but didn't find evidence that it is reproduced there. Maybe I missed
something?
