Good Afternoon, Maryland Librarians!
I need 2 MD state dockets from Circuit Court in Anne Arundel County and in
Howard County. I know the suits exist because I have news articles about
them. I have the party names but not docket numbers. Neither came up in the
Lexis MD filed suits database. However, both are class action suits and I
know that sometimes the court will handle them differently.
These 2 counties are not on Courtlink. There does appear to be a MD
electronic state docket service that is a dialup and doesn't look like it
takes credit cards. And would this system access the class actions?
Can anyone provide the docket sheets? Will gladly pay all costs, of course!
