Our rights are still intact; Liberty U has the right to have the hiring
policies it does, and other people have the right to disagreee with and
criticize those policies if they choose to. No one's preventing Liberty U
from doing what it wants; no one's preventing its critics from criticizing.

Where is this concern over a supposed loss of rights coming from?
