I have an attorney who is wanting a copy of a law from the Cayman
Islands. It is called the "Companies Law" and he wants the 2003
Revision. I found the 2001 revision at
http://www.webcom.com/offshore/shlaw/laws.htm, but I cannot track
down the 2003 Revision anywhere (but have seen references that let me
know such as revision does exist). Just wondering if anyone has
encountered this before and/or if you know of where I might find this
document? I believe I can probably order it from the Legislative
Assembly in the Caymans, but he would like it ASAP, so I was hoping to
find it electronically.
