I am looking into "litigation searching" as it might pertain to agency actions and proceedings. If for example a person or corporation were currently before a federal or state agency on particular matter, how would one search for this information (assuming it had not yet reached the federal or state court level)?
Is there anything comparable to PACER or Courtlink for agency actions? I am particularly interested in federal or Michigan state agencies, but would be glad to hear about electronic search systems in other states.
