ABA sample letters re FAS 5

I have been told that the ABA modified their sample letters re FAS 5 that appear in their Auditor's Letter Handbook. I have searched extensively but find no mention of this modification nor the sample letters themselves. Has anyone else heard of this or know where these new sample letters can be found? Any help would be appreciated.
