While I haven't seen anything as comprehensive as the Hennen's Public
Library Planner for law libraries, I have looked through a good buying
guide. It's called the
"Leagal Onformation Buyer's Guide & Reference manual" by Kendall F.
Svengalis from
Rhode Island Law Press.
