Atty here had a page from "Unemployment Insurance Reports" by CCH which
is not in our collection. Page is dated 1987, paragraph reference is to
8656 in the current report letter.
I went to Lexis, the State Unemployment Insurance Reporter Combined, and
find the following reference (believe it's the same case...the
annotations are nearly exact.)
"P 1950.82 Picketing.--
Claimants who were employed as truck drivers and who were members of a
union that was not on strike refused to cross the picket line of
employees of the same employer who were on strike. By voluntarily
refusing to cross the other union's picket line, without justifiable
fear of violence, the claimants were not available for full-time work
which was shown to be available and suitable.--National Electric Coil
Co. v. Bd. of Rev. and Mark Aliff, et al., Cir. Ct., Kanawha Co., No.
AP-CA-80-181, 10/14/86."
