For what it's worth, its Louisiana entry is incomplete. (It lists our leman
law for new cars, but not the part of our sales law--La. Civ. Code art. 2520
et seq.--which allows the purchaser under certain circumstances to return or
reduce the price of the offending purchase, be it house, car, or whatever)) I
think the book's a good starting point, but there's nothing like thorough
statutory research if you REALLY need to know!
