Just read that the DOJ filed an amicus brief in St.Louis in the RIAA v.
Charter Communications, et al, No. 02-3802. The 8th Circuit PACER site
doesn't have documents and I couldn't find it on the DOJ or RIAA site.
Would anyone possibly have it and be willing to send me a copy?
