If you visit Cornell Law School's American Legal Ethics Library (http://www.law.cornell.edu/ethics/listing.html) you can link to each state's judicial code and keyword search by clicking on "Query." Not all the links work, but Cornell usually also offers an alternative site. I tried NY and the Cornell version gave me an error message. I clicked on the alternative link
(it went to New York State Bar's site) and used the binoculars to search the PDF of the judicial conduct code for "bias" and got a result.
I hope this helps--I only know this because I've been working on an Ethics seminar all weekend that I am giving to members of the NY City Bar March 9!
