I'm searching for a copy of National Labor Relations General Counsel
Memorandum 74-49, "Guidelines for Handling Unfair Labor Practice Cases
Arising Under the 1974 Non-Profit Hospital Amendments to the Act, Section
III, D, issued August 20, 1974". This is supposed to be published in the
BNA Labor Relations Yearbook in 1974, but of course we only have 1975
onward.
Doesn't seem to be on Westlaw, Lexis, or on the NLRB. Can someone out there
make a copy and email it to me? Or point me to a place on the web where it
can be found?
