I have been trying to get through to the Delaware Secretary of State for
two days. Busy. Busy. Busy. I never used to have this problem.
We have a DESOS corporate filing that appears to have an unpaid tax
liability of $45,000. The corporation is listed as "Inactive" and
"Void." In CA, this would generally mean that the corporation was
inactive as a result of the unpaid liability.
I just need to confirm that it is inactive as a result of the tax
liability or gain a better understanding of its status.
Does anyone have a secret number? Comments on my interpretation?
Any help would be appreciated. We must have the result today. Thank you.
