Good morning.

I would appreciate receiving information on any articles in journals or
newspapers re:
Google v. American Blind & Wallpaper Factory
Northern district of California

Google filed a complaint on 11/24 in San Jose, Calif. to seek a
declaratory judgment that its policy regarding the sale of keyword
triggered advertising does not constitute trademark infringement.

The articles I've found are very general in nature. Thank you.
