I am looking to obtain an article by Lee Abrams entitled something like: Implied covenants of good will and fair dealings in franchising relationships. It is from the ABA Forum on Franchising, 11th, v. 1 from 1988. If anyone would be kind enough to fax, I would be very grateful and gladly pay any accompanying charges.
