I've exhausted every avenue available to me locally trying to find the above
and have had no luck. The office of Public Reference at the SEC wants a
faxed request so they can research it and get back to me within 10 days or a
little sooner. I don't have 10 days to get this information. If anyone
recognizes these citations, and has these available, I would appreciate
hearing from you. All costs associated will be paid.
