Apparently West/Thomson has included a 2001-2002 era checklist to assist with
filing the 2004 pocket parts. The checklist is labeled 2004 and copyright
dated Nov, 2003 but as it does not list any revised volumes or materials
published after 2001, it is sadly, neither helpful nor accurate.
