One of my attorneys found on Westlaw what appears to be an outline for a presentation by Joshua D. Cohn at a conference sponsored by ALI-ABA on January 9-11, 2003. It was entitled "ISDA's Strategic Documentation Review and the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement". The Westlaw cite is Sh052 ALI-ABA 139.
He would like to know if there is a full text paper associated with this. And naturally, if there is, he would like a copy.
I'd appreciate any leads.
