to see what comes up.

- search engines including google (search only the prefix, not the domain)
- groups.google.com to see if someone has posted on a newsgroup
- ebay (look up the address to see if they have an account, if they do their
feedback may contain identity clues!)
- beaucoup.com lists hundreds of web search engines
- once you find clues, you can use those to search further
- go to the domain (e.g. semmes.com) and poke around there for clues as to
the owner of the address
- bigfoot.com has some email resources, but there are many others
try
