Hi!

does anyone have a direct dial number, extension or other contact for the
Regulations Division of the Puerto Rico State Dept.? I've been
unsuccessful in my attempts to contact them or the Laws translation dept.
with the number/ext. I have [(787)722-2121].
Or any other service/library that may provide English translations of
Puerto Rico regulations?

I'm aware of SEALL's guide "The Challenge of Puerto Rico Legal
Research..." and the regulations' availability (in Spanish) on both Lexis
and Westlaw , and BNA Plus possibilities.
