Eminent Domain in Illinois

Does anyone know what happened with the title Eminent Domain in Illinois
by Righeimer? The 3rd edition was pubished by Callaghan and the last
pocket part from 1996 is from LCP. The local West book rep has no record
of this title.

I wonder if this is one that fell through the cracks during the mergers in
the mid 1990s or perhaps one that the publisher discontinued and did not
notify the subscibers.
