Sometimes going to the primary source could save you lots of headache. A quick review of Penn. statute on the subject can answer all you need to know about dissolution of a partnership. I'm assuming it pertains to a general partnership. If so, the citation is title 15, chapter 83, subchapter f. Also, section 17 of Bromberg and Ribstein on Partnership has a good discussion of it.

Subject: Partnership dissolution ILL and Question

Hi,

I have a patron who has been searching for information concerning the
dissolution of partnerships in Pennsylvania. Or anywhere.

Does anyone know of any thing that discusses this subject? I went as far as
purchasing a treatise on partnerships, but dissolution was not covered..

And can some one provide me with:

Dissolution of a Law Partnership, winding up profits, and additional
compensation.
6 Journal of the Legal Profession p. 277-91 (1981)

Thanks,
Lori
