An Especially Taxing Burden

Sunday Nov. 16 NY Times
I have the NYTimes.com copy. I am looking for the hard copy showing the
date and page number.
I have looked at our local library's copy and it was not there. I think
there is a Westchester edition of the NY Times which we do not have up
here. Could some kind down state librarian help me.
