We are searching for Copyright Circular 13D (January 1965) for a cite
check. This Circular was the first advisory publication in which the
Copyright Office stated that they would accept registrations for
copyrights for computer programs. Our set of Circulars had a newer version
of Circular 31. Does anybody have this old Circular, or know of a source
where it is reprinted?
I have found a source for the announcement of the policy from the
Copyright Office, 11 Bull. Copyright Soc'y USA 361 (1964).
