Since Thomson West bought Andrews publications, we noticed the disappearance of multiple copy discounts (more than one copy sent to the same address) on our renewals. Initially, West declined to honor the multiple copy discounts, but when I subsequently called an excellent inside sales rep., Dean B. Gisselman, to inquire if there was anything that could be done considering the variety of options in the subscription arena, Dean was able to work some magic and have the discount structure reinstated. You can do the same by contacting your inside sales rep. Thanks West, and a suggestion in this time of budget scrutiny (haven't I used that phrase before??) to please make the multiple discounts automatic and visible on the invoices so we don't have to ask about it.
