West survey

Perhaps I'm just too suspicious or overly cautious, but this seemed
strange to me.

Yesterday I received a call from someone claiming to be a West
representative. He said he needed my e-mail address for a survey they
wanted to send me. I told him West already had my e-mail address and I
declined to give it. He hung up rather in a hurry. I just wonder if it
was legit or if someone was trying to get e-mail addresses for some
other purpose. Has anyone else had this happen?
