We are looking for an Electronic version of an article from the University
of New South Wales Law Journal. We have checked on Lexis, Westlaw and Hein
Online but this journal does not appear to be available. Several local law
schools have the journal in print but not electronically.

Does anyone have this journal in an electronic format and, if so, would you
be willing to provide an electronic a copy of a specific article? The
article is - Jeremy Philips, United States v. Lopez: Constitutional
Interpretation in the United States and Australia, 18 University of New
South Wales Law Journal 532 (no.2 Spring 1995).
