Pricing used PURs

I need to determine the value, if any, of a set of PURs - Public Utility Reports-(holdings from 1915 through mid 2001). Would anyone be able to provide a resource for pricing used legal items such as these? I've tried the standard used book markets, but perhaps someone is aware of a source that deals strictly with legal items.
