HOW TO PARTICIPATE___________________
Web and email options
Everyone signed in for the seminar using one of the recommended options for
participation will be reminded by email about the seminar on the Friday
before the Monday that the seminar begins.
Web+ notices option: Participants using the notices option may periodically
visit the seminar using their browser to read the seminar discussion and, if
they choose, reply to seminar messages, ask questions and add their own
comments to the discussion.
Email options: Participants receiving the seminar by email may reply, post
questions and comments as in any other email discussion list. A daily digest
is another option, wherein participants will receive their seminar email
once each day as a single aggregation of that day's messages. You may also
switch from the web to email participation at any time.
When a seminar program ends, seminar participants using either of the email
options may easily switch at that time back to the notices option. With the
notices option participants will continue to receive one announcement and
one reminder for each future seminars. Lawyers and other legal professionals
may maintain their email subscription to Network-Lawyers between seminars.
Like other popular email discussion lists Network-Lawyers is a spontaneous
ongoing discussion about the list topic--legal technology and the internet
affecting the lawyers and the practice of law.
