I received the 2003 edition of "Bromberg and Ribstein on Limited
Liability Partnerships, The Revised Uniform Partnership Act, and The
Uniform Limited Partnership Act (2001)", and I am wondering if anyone
knows what changes were made from the 2002 edition. I checked the
website, but did see a description of the significant changes between
the two edition.
I called Aspen, but the Customer Service person did not know, and
although she took my name and number for an editor to call me, I am not
sure when I will hear from them. If you've reviewed the changes, please
let me know what they are. Thank you.
