I just got an unsolicited (i.e. "free") copy of WG&L Practical Guide to Corp. Governance and Accounting: Implementing the Requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, 2004 Edition. Is there a new person in charge over at RIA that is not aware of 39 USC 3009(b)? It is my birthday soon though. That must be it.
