I'm looking for Secretary of Labor Opinion DB-24, dated May 8, 1962. It
is not in the appropriate transfer binder of the CCH labor set. It's too
old for Lexis to have it; and I don't find on RLIN or OCLC a publication
that matches what I need (but I may not have searched well).
I'll try to get a professional doc retrieval service on it tomorrow, but I
fear that because of Isabel, nobody's going to be at work tomorrow (our
DC office was closed today).
By any miracle, does anybody out there have DB-24? (DB stands for
Davis-Bacon, I'm told).
