I'm sure I will kick myself once this is found.
I am trying to obtain copies of the Department of Justice's 2003
"Thompson Memo" and 1999 "Holder Memo," which both deal with corporate
indictments. So far, looking through the memoranda on the DOJ web site
has not yielded these memos, and to my surprise Lexis and Westlaw do not
seem to have databases for Department of Justice memoranda.
This isn't my area of greatest expertise, so I could likely be
overlooking something obvious. Any assistance would be most greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
