It's found at 24-10-110 to 24-10-112 of the Georgia Code. The was a general discussion of the Uniform Act in Utah Bar Journal sometime ago. If I find my copy, I will fax it to you.

Subject: Georgia Librarians - One More Try - Georgia Procedure, Civil Proc edure

Would someone who has Georgia Procedure, Civil Procedure please look to see if there is any discussion of the
"Uniform Foreign Depositions Act?" I haven't had much luck with the research I've done so far in Goergia law reviews, journals, statutes, legislature. Any help would be much appreciated. If there is anything and it can be faxed, we will pay any charges. Thank you
