I am trying to track down an OTS Interpretive Letter from 1986. I don't
have the number, but I do have the date and keywords - it is April 29,
1986, and the topic involves voting and investment advisers. Lexis and
Westlaw both start these files in 1989 -- and the OTS site doesn't seem to
go back that far.
I would appreciate directions to a source, or if someone can FAX, I would
gladly pay FAX charges.
