Hello everyone,
I am in need of a petition that was filed in a U.S. Tax Court case. I
have information that it is available as a PDF attachment to 2003 TNT
100-44, the Tax Analysts database. If someone subscribes and can help
me out, I would appreciate it.
There are other, more complicated routes to search, but I thought I'd
try the sure thing (supposedly) first since it is late on a Friday
afternoon. If this goes into next week, then I'll try something else.
But if someone could help, please email me directly and I'll provide
more info.
