I am looking for quantifiable performance measurement instruments for
evaluating law libraries.
These measures should be specific to the library itself, not the people. I
already have things for customer satisfaction surveys and circulation
statistics. Also have state, county, court library standards. I am looking
for stuff beyond that. Not quite sure what form that will take, but would
love to hear what others have.
